Bodybuilding in Those days!
Working out with weights to gain strength and muscles to meet their daily life challenges! And to also prevent them from diseases and maintain good health. But it turned into a profession to earn pride and money. To win the competition, training hard with weights, enough foods, meats, etc and long term schedules to  develop mass muscles,  had no drawbacks and side effects.

But bodybuilding in later 1960's, many new  artificial supplements and steroids are in use still! Those supplements and steroids used since it gives instant result and developing larger muscle mass than a normal human being, gives us clear definition on muscles to win the competition in quick period. Taking steroids is dangerous and banned as illegal! But it is still in use by many famous bodybuilder from 1970's, they also admit to steroid use! But it is hard to believe that, without steroids it may be hard to own the Mr.Olympia title now-a-days! Sure has greater side effects, its like taking an poison injection and giving up life for a title!
Without steroids, you can develop greater muscle and bring clean definition on muscles in long term schedule with enough supplements, and has no side effects.

Best advice to all young bodybuilder, do not go for steroids, learn many new bodybuilding workout routines to train each and every muscles. Need to have enough supplements, protein shakes, mass bulks etc. Go for more weight and train hard...! Let your name also updated in the table! Perseverance Conquers everything!
