Tips to fight aging!

Our daily foods and activities determines our aging looks....

So, here are some foods that you can avoid to reduce aging signs and to have a healthy life

1.Pasteurized Cow's milk
To digest the pasteurized milk, and to break down sugar our body should produce an enzyme to break down the sugar(lactose). Our body after some ages, lacks the ability to produce the enzyme. So, try to having pasteurized milk.

Solution : Instead of that you can have  typical ‘cereal and milk’ with old-fashioned rolled oats topped with rice, oat, or almond milk. Also, good quality raw milk, often found at your farmers market.

2. Fried Food : In Fried foods, free radicals in it forms a destructive chain reaction and damages trans fatty acids. This toxic substances cause cells to degenerate and results in degenerative diseases.

Solution : To avoid Fried foods, you can try by cooking on high heat, use only grape seed, avocado oil, refined coconut oil or any fat that occurs naturally in meats and poultry.

3.Refined Sugar : sugars which leads to aging are glucose (common table sugar), fructose (table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup), and galactose (milk products). Nutrition focused at balancing blood sugar and insulin along with protection against free radicals which leads to many illness.

Solutions : natural sweeteners : Stevia, unpasteurized honey, palm sugar, real maple syrup, unsulphured molasses, brown rice syrup, barley malt, date sugar, evaporated cane juice, xylitol, lou han guo and dried fruits.

4.White Flour : In white flour natural goodness is milled out! Just like the consumption of pasteurized cow’s milk puts a instability in our digestive system, this same refining process strips our grains of their naturally occurring enzymes (vitamins and minerals too).

Solutions : Instead you can have whole grain products whole spelt, whole wheat, old-fashioned rolled oats, Scottish oats, brown or wild rice.
