Tips to Overcome Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD)

Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a personality disorder of one who admires himself/herself more on their appearance, value or money etc. affecting them mentally and their relationship with others. Mostly men are affected than women. Like to share some of its symptoms and cure for it. And do not consider yourself that you have NPD until confirmation by an psychotherapist.


  • Expecting yourself to be recognized by everyone without any achievements or being good. 
  • Picturing yourself as the most beautiful person having unlimited success and powers. As unique in world. 
  • Taking advantage of others to show off yourself. 
  • Taking more selfies and expecting more likes on it. 
  • Being more arrogant,possessive and showing attitudes in relationship

The above symptoms are common for any human being, but some people have more of these which is considered to be having NPD. 
Do not consider yourself to be an NPD person until its confirmed by an psychiatrist.

To Overcome NPD, 

  •  You can recover yourself gradually by changing your behaviours, attitudes towards everthing by being with your friend or the one who loves you the most.
  •  If you are an selfie freak, then stop taking more photos of yourself by using cameraless gadgets.
  •   Involve yourself in many group therapy activities which helps you shaping your personality. 
  •  Try practising meditation and spend more time with your friends. 
  •  Avoid being shy, hiding feelings which simply kills you. Be free and ready to face any. 
  •  If you couldn't recover by yourself, better consult psychotherapist immediately. 

Be yourself if it doesn't hurt yourself and enjoy life!

To Overcome Mood Swing

Mood swing are frequent and sudden change in mood. It could be affecting our daily activities and relationship with people around us.If mood swing more frequent, then it might be a part of bipolar disorder. But don't think much, until doctors confirms its bipolar disorder or not. Mood swing is normal for any human being, for some it will be more often.
I would like to share some of the causes and tips to overcome mood swing.


Stress - When we have lots of conflicts loaded in our brain. It makes us to be bad with everyone and everything around us.

Depression - we feel ourself down when we didn't get what we needed the most or things which you didn't expect. 

Bipolar Disorder - Too much depression or stress, can lead to bipolar disorder which is being abnormally happy or depressed or sometimes feels irritable.Need immediate medical attention on these cases

Lack of Sleep - Sleep is One of the most important thing for any human being. Lack of sleep makes you feel tired and irritated.

Alcohols - contains stimulant which could make you feel high for a while and goes down after its effect. You will be in two different extremes.  

To Overcome mood swing, 

 * Have a good and sound sleep for 8 hours atleast, you will feel refreshed.

 * Try to avoid having more alcohols, drugs and any other stimulating drinks.

 * Start doing physical excercise like jogging, running or better join gym. 

 * Drink plenty of water instead of any stimulating energy drinks.

 * To overcome stress or anxiety, plan for an happy trip to places which you wanted to see the most. 

 * Avoid being depressed for long time, try to forget what happened in past and move on with your life. 

 * Take things lightly even if its good or bad.

Skipping your breakfast affects your body metabolism, weight, mental stress and mood swings. Spend atleast 10 mins for breakfast, it will boosts your full day!There are few best healthy breakfast  i like to share  which you can make it in your home itself, won't cost you much time and money.

Oatmeal/Cornflakes - helps in reducing blood cholestrol level, provides omega 3 fatty acids good for eyes, folate an B Vitamin which has health benefits on pregnancy, heart attack, cancer etc. Potassium helps in kidney disorders, anxiety and stress.

Bananas - helps to overcome depression, protects from muscle cramps, prevents from blood pressure, aids in digestion and heart attack. An simple and healthy breakfast!

Eggs - One of the cheapest and healthiest food for breakfast. They are rich in protein, nutrients, raises good cholesterol. You can have 3 eggs per day max. Beyond that depends on type of physical work you do in a day. 

Chapati (Roti) - Boosts your health with  vitamins and minerals like magnessium, phosphorous
potassium, calcium and iron. Offers sustained energy levels and also an perfect weight loss diet if its made without oil. 

Never Skip Breakfast otherwise life will be fast, think about it!
