Water Aerobics Exercises

Water aerobics exercise are fully fun and highly beneficial too! Who would refuse to do exercise in pool, for doing exercise you don't have to be a good swimmer, anyone can do it!

When you exercise in water, your heart beat accelerates more which burn more calories and fat without any stress. It also tone and strengthens your muscles and joints, increases more flexibility!

Water Aerobics exercises, a complete refreshment both physically and mentally!

Following exercise what we do on land, that you should do it in pool! Choose pool height of 5 feet where the water level upto your chest.

Jumping Jack
You would have done this on land, now you have to do it in water. Stretch your arms and legs wide, and get back. Repeat it for 10-12 moves.

Group Circle
Form a circle with your  water mates, and march towards the center and march backwards to the initial position. Repeat it for 10-12 moves.

If available you can use pool dumbbells or without it, do arms workout, and pedal your legs at the same time. Do it continuously for 2-3 minutes.

While jogging in water, raise your knees to chest and move towards the end of the pool and return to your initial point by jogging.
