Allergy is an exaggerated immune response or reaction to substances which are not harmful generally. It can bee seen more commonly with anyone around you and in you also.
1. A person who is allergic, his immune system is oversensitive which releases a chemical called histamines which fight off the allergens. This causes itching, swelling, mucus production, muscle spasms, hives, rashes etc.
2. Some may be allergic to hot or cold temperature, sometimes friction, rubbing or roughly stroking the skin etc. These allergies has chance to get inherited to next generation, as parents to their child.
3. Allergies may also cause medical problems such as sinus, eczema and asthma too.
4. The symptoms of allergies will be headache, vomiting, diarrhea, itching, skin rashes, running nose, breathing problems etc.

6. Leukotriene inhibitors are medicines blocks the substances that trigger allergies. Zafirlukast and montelukast are prescribed for those with asthma and indoor and outdoor allergies.

If allergy could not be controlled by any way then allergy shots are recommended, in which regular injection of allergens which reduces the over reacting to allergens, are given in each day with slightly higher dose than previous dose until a maximum dose is reached. This would not may have quick effect with all and regular doctor visit to be done.
