Rise both your leg 45 degree above in the air. Now slowly start bending your knees alternatively , so that you resemble like peddling a bicycle.

Again lay down flat with your face facing the ceiling. Rise your head to a certain extent in the air and twist your body to your left and to your right alternatively.

In this you need to rise your leg to mid air and close it up to your belly. Similarly push down and up continuously.
