Tips to treat chest tightness



Chest tightness, a burning sensation or feeling something uncomfortable in your chest area. Its also due to sitting in desk for all days, reduced physical activity. It may lead to heart and cardiovascular diseases. In case of mild chest tightness, it can treated by having refreshments, a walk into garden, feeling fresh air into lungs etc. In severe case, medical attention is needed..! 

Symptoms for Chest tightness:

  • Feeling tight in your chest.
  • Abdominal pain.
  • Indigestion.
  • Nausea and vomitting
  • cough and wheezing
  • Sweating
  • Difficulty in breathing
Causes for Chest tightness:
  • Sitting in desk for all days, more rest
  • Due to respiratory diseases(asthma)
  • By infection or trauma
  • Stretched muscles
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depleted oxygen level
Treatment for Chest tightness

1. Changing your lifestyle, with workout and healthy diet.

2. Cold and warm compress in your chest area.

3. Breathing exercise to overcome chest pain and symptoms.

4. Narcotin pain medication and non steroidal anti-inflammatory medication to treat severe pain such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen etc.

5. Control yourself in case of sudden shock or panic attacks.

6. Bed rest, drinking plenty of water and natural energy drinks will help you to reduce chest pain.
