Tips to treat Insomnia


Insomnia refers to sleeping difficulties. Difficult to fall asleep due to change in sleeping environment, mental hard thoughts, excited, any harsh argument, or when you are in love, thinking about nothing, etc. 
Based on how long it exists, they are classified as,
  • Transient Insomnia - lasts for a week, which may be due to change in sleeping environment, timing of sleep or depression.
  • Acute Insomnia - lasts less than a month, which may be due to change in day and night time when you move to other countries.
  • Chronic Insomnia- lasts for a month, due to high level of stress hormones.
Symptoms:
  • Poor quality of sleep.
  • Non-refreshing.
  • Muscular fatigue.
  • Hallucinations.
  • Mental fatigue.
  • Double vision in slow motion.
Causes for Insomnia:
  • Due to alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine.
  • Anxiety disorder.
  • Stress.
  • Regular sleep timing.
  • Nightmares and panic attacks.

Treatments:

1. Get yourself adopted to the new environment.

2. Whatever your problems may be , the best solution for it will be obtained when you sleep only otherwise you will get stuck always.

3. In case of any excitement, take everything lightly, even failures or success do not take anything deep into your heart. Just let it go everything as they pass by...!

4. Avoid watching television two hours before going to sleep to avoid nightmares and panic attacks.

5. In case of severe insomnia, you should consult your doctor. Medication such as sedatives, tranquillizers, anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs are used to treat insomnia.
