Yogasanas to lose weight

Yogasanas will  help you to reduce weight with increased concentration power and reduced mental stress.

Here is a list of yogasanas to reduce weight, but you have to do these poses each with not more than half a minute and you have to quickly switch to next pose. The basic secret of losing weight through these yogasanas is by developing heat in your body with maintained heart beat rate.

Early morrning will be the best time to perform these yogasanas facing towards sun! Some of the moves will be very hard initially when you start, but you can do it by continuous practice and after when you can stand in these poses, I promise you that you would have lost your weight, and being fit and healthy!

Tadasana Pose - stand up with your feet close and arm palms facing inwards  and inhale fully which lifts your chest up and belly in! for halff a minute.


Uttanasana - Immediately after tadasana pose, switch to uttanasana by standing forward bend fully exhaled!


Ardha Uttanasana - After uttanasana switch to ardha uttanasana with breath controlled. Similarly switch to following poses also staying in not more than half a minute.


Plank Pose

Chaturanga dandasana

Urdhva Mukha Svanasana

Adho Mukha Svanasana

Reverse Order
After standing in adho mukha svanasana, get back to urdhva mukha svanasana and then to chaturanga dandasana, plank pose, uttanasana and to end with tadasana. 

Repeat these cycle 3-4 times per day for effecient weight loss and reduced mental stress!
