Stop hangover


Feeling hard, confused and headache when you wake up after a alcoholic night leads to hangover! Its due to dehydration since excessive urination decreases fluid contents and dries it. But there are ways to overcome hangover and to keep yourself hydrated. 

1. Avoid drinking with empty stomach, it affects the stomach lining. And drink more water before and after drinking compensating with urination. Avoid cocktails, stay with single drink and drinking more than an hour.

2. Go for a lemon tea  or ginger tea will give you quick relief from hangover and kills unwanted junks in stomach and also controls the sugar level blood. Its one of the best option you can go for..! 

3. Chew peppermint leaves or you can make it into tea by boiling the leaves in water. 

4. Have some banana or apples in empty stomach and more water will help you to start your day. 

5. Exercise daily, do some warm up exercises to overcome hangover and keeps you healthy and fit always. 

6. A glass of tomato juice with lots of pepper in it and you can also have eggs to overcome hangover and more proteins. 

7. Increase the intake of vitamin C by consuming more citrus fruits to prevent hangovers. 

Above all drinking is not good for health, you may be tired of hearing it in many places but no other ways to say its bad as you know! Its hard to stop drinking at once since every time when we do something a new connection will be established in our brain and when you continue it, the connection becomes stronger affects you both physically and mentally but you can follow some precautionary to limit its effects by drinking with foody stomach and in less amount.

Tips to have beautiful lips

Cracked and black lips spoiling your beauty and makes you to feel depressed. Here are some natural ways to have smooth and good looking lips! 


1. Keep your lips always hydrated by wetting it using your mouth or using any lip creams to aid it. Drink plenty of water daily it also helps your overall health. 

2. Stop smoking, it makes your lips go darker and rough. And we also know smoking causes cancer and kills our lungs slowly. 

3. Vitamin B deficiency leads to cracked lips. Include lots of milk, eggs, meat products, cheese, nuts, pulses, fish, bananas and whole grains to help boost your vitamin B levels.

4. Make a mixture of equal parts of tomato paste and heavy cream, and apply to lips daily to add pink color to lackluster lips. The red color of tomatoes will be transferred to the skin of your lips. Maintain the pink glow of your lips by mixing red rose petals and heavy cream and applying this coloring to your lips. You also can apply beet root juice to naturally add pink pigmentation to your lips.

5. Apply lemon juice or piece of lemon  over the lip skins once in a day, helps you to smooth your lips. You can also use Vaseline for lips before bed.

6. To turn dark lips into pink -   A mixture of lime juice and almond
 oil,  Apply it on your lips everyday and when it gets dries then wash with cold water. And also go for aloe vera gel, apply it on your lips will also gives you good results. 


Avoid foods and anything that cause allergic reactions to your lips. Go for alternative things to replace it. Careful on kissing something that may inject any foreign body into your lips and causes bad results.

Tips to treat Psoriasis


Psoriasis, a skin disease which causes itching, red patches and development of pus on your skin. It is not communicable. Psoriasis are of autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks our own body cells and the dead cells groups on skin as patches. It can occur anywhere on body skins and makes you in trouble. There are different types of psoriasis depending upon where they occur on our body.  But there are ways in medicine and ayurveda to treat it!

Symptoms of Psoriasis
  • Red patches on skin 
  • Itching, burning and soreness on skin
  • Swelling in joints
  • Pains in hands, wrist, lower back and knees
  • Nails gets infected
Treatments

1. Victim requires immediate medical attention in initial stage itself and the treatment depends on type of psoriasis and extent of it inflammation. And do not go for any self medication drugs without consulting your doctor since it may lead to advance stages of infection, it can be cured only in initial stages. 

2. Avoid drying of your skin have more water or any other energy drinks or fluids to skin to keep yourself hydrated. 

3. Avoid working under sunlight for more than 8 hours affecting your skin. If you have to do, then apply sun screen lotion to prevent your skin while working or in any desert travel. 

4. Smoking and alcohol may  increase the symptoms of the victim and leads to more infections. Kindly please avoid smoking and alcohols, it also leads your life in healthy way.

5. Keep any wounds or any injuries on your skin covered and medicated to avoid skin infections. Avoid itching and rubbing surface of injuries often. 

6. Avoid too much of worrying and stressing yourself more, it also affect your skin health. All parts of our body are interconnected and  only overall health promotes overall functions. 

7. To prevent psoriasis, 

  • Have bath twice a day. 
  • Using sunscreen lotion to prevent maximum exposure to UV rays
  • Have atleast one skin friendly fruit per day such as apples, oranges, lemons etc,.
  • Avoid drying of your skin, always have more water or any other soft drinks. 
  • Learn meditation and yogasanas techniques to keep yourself updated. 
  • Obesity causes folding of skin leading to skin infection, reduce your weight by following healthy diet.

Tips to reduce hand pain from computer works


Working with computers using keyboards for more than 8 hours a day makes your hand, body and brain more stressful! they need some relaxation and pain reliever to work more. Here are some simple to aid and avoid hand pain in working with computers! 

1. Place your computer at height without paining your backbone and looking at it comfortably! Leave some rest for your fingers instead of typing fast at a stretch. Buy a mouse that fits your palm rightly without any disturbance!  

2. Weekly once or twice do oil massage for your hands and fingers to relax its bones and muscles. 

3. In between working do stretching exercise for your arms and forearms to stretch its muscles to avoid muscle ache! Bend your left hand fingers at 90 degree using your right hand and similarly for right hand fingers using your left hand, it will stretch your forearm muscles! 

4. Use muscle relaxant sprays or ice packs to reduce pain and have some rest! 

5. Sitting infront of computer for long hours not only pains your hand but also indirectly affect your body health, eyes, back pain. etc. Split your work timings and have regular gaps atleast five minutes per hour will aid everything! Go for any vacation once in a month and refresh your mind. 

6. If the pain is more leading to redness and wounds needs medical attention in initial stages itself!
