Breakfast : Oats or any Health Mix.
Lunch : As you wish. But not fatty foods!
Dinner : 2 to 3 roties.(Wheat flour). And a cup of milk before bed!
The above diets are only beginners for six abs.
After one month following above schedule, need to have serious workouts for regular abs crunches!
